$194 million to kickstart delivery of Moree Special Activation Precinct
The NSW Government has committed $194 million to kick start work on the Moree Special Activation Precinct following the release of the final master plan.
Work will now commence on the design and delivery of the precinct, and procurement of construction services for stage 1 infrastructure works such as roads, sewer, water and electricity services.
The delivery plan will outline the staging and detailed requirements for development and is expected to go on exhibition in late 2022. To view the final master plan, visit planning.nsw.gov.au/moreesap
