The Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) to undertake development opportunities on approximately 113 hectares of land strategically located along Brolgan Road in the Parkes precinct. Project proposals of five (5) hectares and above will be considered.
The EOI documentation is available for download below and contains further details on the land, the EOI process and returnable schedules for completion by interested proponents.

Following registration, interested proponents will be provided with access to the secure Ansarada Data Room where EOIs must be lodged.
The EOI closes 2:00pm, Monday 19 September 2022 (AEST). Submissions that are emailed or posted will not be accepted.
The Parkes precinct aims to become Australia’s largest inland freight and logistics hub centred around Inland Rail and the Parkes National Logistics Hub. This is a major new transport-logistics precinct leveraging its location at Australia’s only junction of the Inland Rail project (under construction) and Trans-Australian Railway.
